Time words: הַיּוֹם, מָחָר, אֶתְמוֹל, בַּבֹּקֶר
To say when, a few words go a long way: הַיּוֹם «today», מָחָר «tomorrow», אֶתְמוֹל «yesterday», עַכְשָׁו «now». The parts of the day take ב in front: בַּבֹּקֶר «in the morning», בָּעֶרֶב «in the evening», בַּלַּיְלָה «at night». So do the days of the week: בְּיוֹם שֵׁנִי «on Monday», בְּשַׁבָּת «on Saturday».
The days, apart from Saturday, are numbers: the week starts on Sunday, יוֹם רִאשׁוֹן, «the first day», and Friday is יוֹם שִׁישִׁי, the sixth. For how often there are כָּל יוֹם «every day», תָּמִיד «always», לִפְעָמִים «sometimes». The time word opens or closes the sentence: מָחָר אֲנִי עוֹבֵד, אֲנִי עוֹבֵד מָחָר.
