Hif’il in the future: אַרְגִּישׁ, תַּסְבִּיר, יַזְמִין
Hif’il’s present starts with מַ: מַרְגִּישׁ, מַסְבִּיר, מַזְמִין. In the future, swap the מ for the person’s letter and keep the a: אַרְגִּישׁ «I will feel», תַּרְגִּישׁ, יַרְגִּישׁ, נַרְגִּישׁ. Unlike the simple verbs, the long i stays in the whole table: תַּרְגִּישִׁי, יַרְגִּישׁוּ. So hif’il’s future sounds like its present with a different first letter: מַתְחִיל, אַתְחִיל.
Two bends you already know from the past. Two-letter roots take a long a in front: מֵבִין, אָבִין «I will understand», יָבִין. Roots that lost a נ carry a dot instead: מַכִּיר, אַכִּיר «I will know (someone)»; מַגִּיעַ, אַגִּיעַ «I will arrive», יַגִּיעוּ.
The page has the explanation, the three-tense table on «he», the table of לְהַרְגִּישׁ in the future and the first two exercises: «tomorrow you will feel better» and «the teacher will explain the rule again».
